Lena connector for Claude and ChatGPT
Lena is the AI concierge of Saas-Fee, a car-free glacier village in the Swiss Alps. This connector gives an assistant the facts Lena answers guests from. Every tool only reads, and no account or sign-in is needed.

Search the Saas-Fee knowledge base search_resort_knowledge
Searches the concierge's curated knowledge about Saas-Fee — restaurants, activities, transport, opening hours, practical information — and returns the passages that match a question. If it recognises a fire, an avalanche or a medical emergency in the question, it returns fixed emergency instructions instead; any other emergency is searched like an ordinary question.

The knowledge base can be read in German, English, French, Italian and Russian. Many passages name their source and the date it was read in their own text; the tool does not return them as separate fields.
Emergencies
If the knowledge tool recognises a fire, an avalanche or a medical emergency in a question, it returns fixed instructions with the Swiss emergency numbers instead of a search result, and the server asks the assistant to pass them on first and word for word. That text is written in advance, not generated, and such a question is sent nowhere. Other emergencies, such as a missing person or a gas leak, are not recognised and are searched like any other question. In any emergency, call the emergency services directly.
Add it to your assistant
Claude. Open Customize, then Connectors, click Add, choose Custom, then Web, and paste the server address above. Custom connectors work on every plan; the free plan allows one.
ChatGPT. ChatGPT accepts a custom MCP server in developer mode. OpenAI's help pages describe the current steps; use the server address above and no authentication.
Once Lena is listed in the Claude connectors directory or among ChatGPT apps, it can be enabled from there instead.
What the server receives and keeps
A tool call carries its arguments: for the knowledge tool, the question and the language. Unless it is a recognised emergency, the question is sent to OpenAI to turn it into an embedding, and the search words taken from it go to our database at Supabase for a keyword search. Lena does not store it; how long OpenAI keeps what it receives follows OpenAI's terms with us. The weather and lift tools take no arguments.
The server sees the network address a request comes from: for Claude or ChatGPT that is the vendor's server, for a client you run yourself it is your own. Requests are limited per address, and each server instance also caps its knowledge searches. A recognised emergency is answered from a separate allowance when the ordinary limit is reached. The counters are keyed by a hash of the address, an HMAC under a server secret when one is set and otherwise a plain SHA-256, which can be reversed by trying addresses, and expire with their time window. Our hosting provider logs each request's path, which for this server never contains a question.

No advertising
The knowledge base is written and checked by the Lena team against the resort, the houses and public sources. It carries no advertising, and no business pays to be included in it or for its place in a result.
