1. Provider and scope
The Lena connector is operated by Willy Agency, Steinmattenweg 14, 3906 Saas-Fee, Switzerland. These terms apply to any use of the MCP server at https://saas-fee-concierge.ch/api/mcp, directly or through an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT.
2. What the connector is
A free information service that only reads: the weather in Saas-Fee, open lifts and facilities, and a search of our knowledge base about Saas-Fee and the Saas Valley. It takes no bookings, reservations or payments.
3. The information can be wrong
We compile the information with care and give its source and date where we have them. It can still be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and the answer you read is written by your assistant, not by us. Prices, opening hours, timetables, weather warnings and availability are binding only as the provider concerned confirms them. Do not make decisions that affect your safety, such as mountain tours, avalanche danger or weather, on this information alone.
4. Emergencies
If the connector recognises a fire, an avalanche or a medical emergency in a question, it returns fixed instructions with the Swiss emergency numbers. It recognises no other emergency. It is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call the emergency numbers directly.
5. Acceptable use
The connector may be used for people's questions about Saas-Fee and the Saas Valley. Not allowed: bulk retrieval or copying of the knowledge base, circumventing the request limits, and any use that impairs the service for others. We limit requests per network address and may restrict access without notice.
6. No advertising
The knowledge base carries no advertising. Nobody pays to be included in it or to appear in a particular place.
7. Availability
We offer the connector without a commitment to any particular availability and may change or discontinue it.
8. Data protection
What the connector receives and what we do with it is in section 6a of our privacy policy. Your conversation with the assistant is covered by its vendor's privacy policy.

Der Lena-Connector wird von Willy Agency, Steinmattenweg 14, 3906 Saas-Fee, Schweiz, betrieben. Diese Bedingungen gelten für jede Nutzung des MCP-Servers unter https://saas-fee-concierge.ch/api/mcp, sei es direkt oder über einen KI-Assistenten wie Claude oder ChatGPT.
2. Was der Connector ist
Ein kostenloser Informationsdienst, der nur liest: das Wetter in Saas-Fee, offene Bergbahnen und Anlagen sowie eine Suche in unserer Wissensdatenbank über Saas-Fee und das Saastal. Er nimmt keine Buchungen, Reservierungen oder Zahlungen entgegen.
3. Die Angaben können falsch sein
Wir stellen die Angaben mit Sorgfalt zusammen und nennen Quelle und Datum, wo wir sie haben. Sie können dennoch unvollständig, veraltet oder falsch sein, und die Antwort, die Sie lesen, schreibt Ihr Assistent, nicht wir. Verbindlich sind Preise, Öffnungszeiten, Fahrpläne, Wetterwarnungen und Verfügbarkeiten nur, wie sie der jeweilige Anbieter selbst bestätigt. Treffen Sie Entscheidungen mit Folgen für Ihre Sicherheit, etwa zu Touren im Gebirge, Lawinengefahr oder Wetter, nicht allein auf Grundlage dieser Angaben.
4. Notfälle
Erkennt der Connector in einer Frage einen Brand, eine Lawine oder einen medizinischen Notfall, liefert er feste Hinweise mit den Schweizer Notrufnummern. Andere Notfälle erkennt er nicht. Er ist kein Notrufdienst. In einem Notfall rufen Sie die Notrufnummern direkt an.
5. Zulässige Nutzung
Der Connector darf für Fragen von Menschen zu Saas-Fee und dem Saastal genutzt werden. Nicht zulässig sind: das massenhafte Abrufen oder Kopieren der Wissensdatenbank, das Umgehen der Abfragegrenzen und jede Nutzung, die den Dienst für andere beeinträchtigt. Wir begrenzen Abfragen je Netzwerkadresse und können den Zugang ohne Vorankündigung einschränken.
6. Keine Werbung
Die Wissensdatenbank enthält keine Werbung. Niemand bezahlt dafür, darin aufgenommen zu werden oder an einer bestimmten Stelle zu erscheinen.
7. Verfügbarkeit
Wir bieten den Connector ohne Zusage einer bestimmten Verfügbarkeit an und können ihn ändern oder einstellen.
8. Datenschutz
Was der Connector erhält und was wir damit tun, steht in Ziffer 6a unserer Datenschutzerklärung. Für Ihre Unterhaltung mit dem Assistenten gilt die Datenschutzerklärung seines Anbieters.
